Stepan Lucyszyn
Stepan Lucyszyn FREng, [https://www.ieee.org/membership/fellows/index.html FIEEE] is a British engineer, inventor and technologist, and has been a Professor of Millimetre-wave Systems at
Imperial College London, England, since 2016. He was elevated to [https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/stamp/stamp.jsp?tp=&arnumber=6810955 Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers] (IEEE) in 2014 and elected to [https://raeng.org.uk/about-us/fellowship/new-fellows-2023/professor-stepan-lucyszyn-freng Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering] (RAEng) in 2023. Lucyszyn's research has mainly focused on monolithic microwave integrated circuits (
MMICs), radio frequency microelectromechnical systems (
