Through qualitative methods, four themes regarding implemented adaptations are identified: language adaptations, mathematical adaptations, tool/visual adaptations, and structural adaptations. The authors conclude that the framework was successful in helping preservice teachers learn about adapting curriculum by interacting with ELLs.
