This adaptation had as a fundamental figure of soil management not built partial planning, and it will be this figure that regulates the big bags of soil in the city. The coordinated impulse of the municipal administration and the college of architects will allow projecting simultaneously all the areas, generating a great variety of solutions by a very heterogeneous group of professionals. |
