Description
Summary:The social interest housing projects developed at the municipal level, generate a great impact benefiting the quality of life of the population, however, in the municipality of Ocaña, Norte de Santander, these works have not met the expectations of the community, due to to the lack of good management in the different stages that make up the project and as a consequence, the municipality has been financially suspended on several occasions for the execution of this type of works. For this reason, the design of a risk management plan was carried out, which starts from the identification with in-depth interviews with expert professionals, about the different variables that affect their failure. The identified risks are evaluated using the MIC MAC software (Matrix of crossed impacts - multiplication applied to a classification), showing as a result which are most relevant, to finally generate a plan with preventive and corrective actions, with which professionals dedicated to the construction may mitigate the risks for low-income housing projects.
