Šiame straipsnyje nagrinėjami požiūriai bei pagrindinės valdymo teorijos: jų privalumai, trūkumai, realios galimybės įmonių vadovams bei verslininkams jomis naudotis, užtikrinant įmonių konkurencingumą globalinėse rinkose, įgyvendinant tikslus ir gaunant optimalią ekonominę bei socialinę naudą, stiprinant personalo potencialą naujų žinių bei įgūdžių sąskaita dar sparčiau diegti naujoves, kurios padeda įmonėms įsitvirtinti bei plėsti veiklą naudingiausiose verslo srityse bei atskirose nišose.
