Research status of genes related to primary gout and hyperuricemia

Existing studies have shown that primary gout and hyperuricemia are a group of polygenetic hereditary diseases, which are the results of the combination of genetic and environmental factors. However, the study on the genetic susceptibility of gout and hyperuricemia is not yet complete and it is...

However, the study on the genetic susceptibility of gout and hyperuricemia is not yet complete and it is not yet possible to predict which populations are susceptible to gout and hyperuricemia. Genome-wide association study (GWAS), a method developed in recent years, is used to identify susceptibility genes for complex disease pathogenesis. Through screening patients and the normal control, and combined with computer technology and statistical analysis, genome-wide variation can be used to identify minor gene and its interaction with related diseases. In our study, we summarized and classified uric acid related genes discovered in recent years, so as to provide a basis for further understanding of the molecular mechanism of gout and hyperuricemia, and provide a beneficial reference for further study on the etiology of gout and hyperuricemia.http://www.hnykdxxb.com/PDF/201916/16hyperuricemiasusceptibility genegouturic acid
