Patient in the physical examination had tenderness and mass in the right side of the abdomen. Laboratory tests, except for urine analysis, were normal. Imaging assessment reported one huge mass in the right side of retroperitoneal cavity. According to the patient's condition was decided to perform laparotomy. The pathological examination of the samples confirmed the ganglioneuroma. Conclusion: For a case manifested with pain and the abdominal and retroperitoneal mass are established in his/her imaging.
