This report gives the sources and reasons for TECHNOSTRESS which affects personnel, users and managers in libraries, documentation and information centres of Turkey. Recommendations are made to the managers of these Centres, based on the author's personal observations and the results of the interviews with centre staff. Sources of TECHNOSTRESS in libraries in Turkey are presented as Annexes together with some additional information obtained from the audience of a conference on the subject. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye 'deki kütüphane, dokümantasyon ve enformasyon merkezlerindeki personel, kullanıcı ve yöneticileri etkileyen TEKNOSTRES'in kaynakları ele alınmaktadır. Yöneticilere yönelik öneriler, TEKNOSTRES'e maruz kişilerle yapılan görüşmeler ve kişisel izlenimlere dayanılarak yapılmaktadır. Çalışmanın sonunda, konferans sırasında dinleyicilere dağıtılan ve onlardan gelen cevaplarla birlikte TEKNOSTRES'in kaynakları ve göstergeleri, EK'ler bölümünde verilmektedir.
