Adverse reaction of methylprednisolone pulse therapy: Acute respiratory distress syndrome

Abstract Methylprednisolone pulse therapy has significant anti‐inflammatory effects in multiple sclerosis. Acute respiratory distress syndrome as a probable adverse effect of methylprednisolone pulse therapy in MS patients should be considered.
