of impact between golf club head and golf ball.The researcher
used the software package MARC to analyze the impact of golf
club striking a golf ball at two different swing speed.By means
of the three-dimensional structural analysis,this study
provided the information for design improvements of the golf
club and the notion of the flying speed and angle of the golf
ball. The club head was modelled by computer graphics package
Pro/Engineer.The package showed the capability to determine the
center of gravity,moment of inertia,volume and weight of the
club head.Therefore,it was found to be easy to change the
design parameter to obtain a new club head for impact analysis
and produce a club head that not only look good but play better
.The designing method and structure analysis of the club head
discussed in this study are useful for club manufacture.
