Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 機械工程研究所 === 82 === In traditional sheet metal forming, design of die is based on the experience of trial and error.Know-how is the only foundation for A lot of die try-outs are needed before a set of die is fully manufacturing from design stage.Besides the modification of have to try some new forming methods by changing the setup ofd for complicated die to decide the method of modification by the products. The results of decision have a direct influence on the cost of manufacturing. Recently, some methods for analyzing the formability are applied and process control.Among these methods, the finite element method Along with the advance of the hardware,to solve complicateds by 3D computer simulation is feasible and more mature. It plays substituting the die try-out in stamping process, and achieves the process optimization and saving time and cost. But it is necessary with the real stamping process in order to obtain the control computer simulation. So we can make sure that the results are The research of this paper is to probe the application of 3D element method on the analysis of autobody stamping. The object of and comparing for computer simulation is the industrial stamping study lays particular stress on drawbead.By introducing the equivalent drawbead to resolve the problems of computerresult of the shape of real drawbead. In addition, there is a simpler binder wrap simulation.
