The important results were summarized as the followings:Inthe property influence of molded particleboard for chair seat which without facing with wood veneer by different mixed ratio of rice husk and wood particle, its strength increase by following the decrease of rice husk content.It showed the better properties were the mixed ratio=30:70 ofrice husk and wood particle, and its static bending strength and the soaked water thickness swelling were all arrived CNS2215.In the property influence of molded particleboard for chair seat which facing with wood veneer, except the internal strength, the other properties of the molded particleboard (density =0.7 g/cm3,rice husk:wood particle =30:70)were akk arrived the CNS2215, it showed that the properties of molded particleboard might be improved by facing with wood veneer. Whether facing or not, it showed the direct proportion of mechanical properties and density.Of all the molded particleboard, it showed that the mechanical properties would arrive the CNS2215 which density=0.7, rice husk:wood particle =30:70,gluing with powdered UF glue or UF glue 90%+powdered MF glue 10%, faced with wood veneer, but the problem blending technique and dust pollution should be improved.If the sale price of each price of molded particleboard for chair seat as NT 80.00, its density was 0.7 g/cm3, and its net profit will be about NT 35.85 that was glued with powdered UF goue and the mixed ratio from rice husk to wood particle as 30% to 70%, when gluing with powdered UF glue 90%+powdered MF glue 10%, its net profit was will be NT 35.39.
