Besides, the method of interview was also applied to find the learning bottleneck. The results of this study include: (1)Some concepts in these two units practiced too little caused the learning bottleneck , so teachers should design extra exercises. (2)The sequences of the curriculum should be arranged to fit different students for learning. (3)Six kinds of item characteristic curve have been found, and the flat in the curve presents the learning bottleneck . In summary, this study is pioneer and useful, including the quantitative and qualitative analysis. Applying IRT model in cognitive psychology research will be the new approach.
