Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 土木工程學系 === 86 === It has been proven that the double steel tubes with concrete- filledpoesses higher ultimate strength and ductility ratio than traditionalconcrete-filled tubes. However, for members with longer tubes, partially-filled-concrete members would be more favorable then the fully-filled ones. Therefore, the relation between the height of infill concrete and ductility capacity is a major parameter in governing the behavior of such members. This study is focused on the cyclic behavior of members with different concrete-height in double steel box columns . It is shown that the strength and ductility ratio of the specimen are more significant if local-buckling occurred in composite section. Relationship between member performance and self- weight,slenderness-ratio and energy-dispation is also studied .
