Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 機械工程研究所 === 86 === In the shoes manufacturing process, shoe lasts are used as forming tool tostretch material. Usually, the lasts are hand-made by the craftsman.In the passome studies are discussed about shoes lasts surface construction. Nevertheless, it is difficult to modify under some different requirements. In this thesis, the skinning surface model is introduced to construct shoe lasts surface. For the initial shoe lasts surface design, the knowledge of the footanatomy and the principle of shoe lasts design are utilized. By the use of the B-spline, which have very well local shape controlling, the section curves are constructed and locally modified to result in the change of shoe lasts shape. The software of computer-aided design is also developed in this thesis. The aim of the software is to construct different style of shoe lasts for the designing and modifying of the section curves of the lasts. Moreover, it is the Windows aplication to be more friendly manipulated.
