Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 土木工程學研究所 === 86 === This paper studies the ability of reinforced concrete
structures of different cross sections and length of columns
to resist seismic loads. Firstly, five different buckling
modes of columns are derived. The relationship between the
drift at the upper story and base shear could obtained by
changing the number of stories, number of spans, cross
section and length of columns and inputing the seismic data
, and then applying the principle of conservation of energy
,i.e., the pseudoelastic equivalent analysis method, to
proceed the time history dynamic analysis with respect to
different frames.
The diagrams to compare the cases considering the
buckling failures of columns and those not considering the
buckling failures of columns by the relationship between the
drift at the upper story and base shear obtained from the
difiniton of failures of frames and use of the DRAIN2D
program. A evaluation method can be established in this
manner.
