The qualities of service is paramount to passengers and the bus'' interior plays a critical role of whole service quality because it influences the passengers most directly and frequently. From the design reserch point of view, the first study was to develop an evaluation system based on the dynamic relationship between passengers and " Space Resource" . Through the reserch of these relationship, the evaluation systems of the usage quality of bus interior has been established, which is consist of : The efficiency of space utillization, The fluency of movement, The comfort of seating, The stability of standing, The clarity of messeage tranformation, The safety of environment, and The comfort of interior layout. The evaluations of each item are constructed by the researches of the related facilities (style, layout, and the quantity factors,etc). Based on these settings of evaluation systems, the usability investigation was conducted through the observation methods. all of the using problems will have a conclussion and evaluated these items by using the critical indicators to make the questionnaires. The information collected will be analyzed as following: (1) Use factor analysis methods to get the related to the buses interior. The factors are: Overall Space Feeling (Safety and comfort are included), Standing Stability, Information transformatio ficiency, Seating comfort, and the Movement fluency. (2) Use the statistic and sort methods to study the passengers related to the understanding of the degrees of critical problems. (3) Use variation analysis methods to study the relationships of different attributes of passengers related tothe problem understanding. Finally, Analyzing the results by the improvement urgency, coordinated with all the factors of passengers oerception related to the bus interior, the target problems that need to be improved was defined and brought up the ideas and suggestions. Within these concepts, there are several practical ideas, which can be operated immediately or used as the reference for further projects. Conceptual ideas need to be studied through the working models and experiments of the possibilities and effects.
