碩士 === 淡江大學 === 俄羅斯研究所 === 86 === There are variant factors of endowments in Russia and China, and positivelythese two nations develop their political and economical relations.But thebilateral trade amount can not reflct the fact.The phenomenon of paradox isquite worthy of studying. The aim of this thesis lies in approaching the two points : 1.What''s themain factor in the trade of Russia and China? 2.Which variable influences thetrade ? The research period is set from 1992 to 1995,and the products are within the limit of H.S.Code.First,prove the bilateral trade by H-O theory, then supplement its explication by Transaction Cost theory and Diamond theory.Fiveconclusions are obtained. 1) There are confines in the explication of H-O theory to the trade of Russia and China. 2) Owing to the weakness in the structure of Diamond system both in Russia and China,the factors of produce are influenced,and so as to the explication of H- O theory. 3) Because of the bilateral trade policy and the weakness of Diamond System ,the Transation Cost is escalated.The explication of H-O theory is also influencd. 4) The bilateral trade amount is hardly escalated provided that the bilateral Diamond System is not improved or the Transaction cost is not lowered. 5) Porter''s Diamond System and Coase''s Transaction cost provide us with common explication,consequently this thesis provides any other two nations with common explication in their variant factors of endowments.
