Summary:碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 人力資源管理研究所 === 87 === This study aims to use the management of literature review and the method of empirical study to decide and measure the dimensions of ISO assessors'' quality of work life; to understand the correlation of quality work life and service attitude. I want to investigate the correlation ISO assessors'' personalities how to respectively affect the quality work life and service attitude. At the same time I want to know psycho-variable how to affect quality work life and service attitude. This research is to construct 9 research hypothesis owing to above subject. And I choose the samples of BSMI ISO assessors. Use the method of questionnaire investigation and manage the collection data. The rate of usable returned questionnaires is 67%. I get the 112 effective respondents with descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA ,SCHEFFE-test and PEARSON correlation to analysis the data. The results from this research are summarized as follows: 1.The results show a little significant differences ISO assessors'' personalities (marriage) and quality of work life ---existence and growth quality, but it is not significant with quality of work life-social quality. 2.The results on ISO assessors'' psycho-variable (achievement ,power ,affiliation) vary some differences as quality of work life---existence, social and affiliation. 3.ISO assessors'' service attitude results in no significant differences as personalities. 4.ISO assessors'' service attitude are affected by various personalities. 5.The results show a significant relation between some dimensions of quality of work life and service attitude.
