Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 工程科學系 === 88 === First in this thesis, it classifies pneumatic tires according to it’s structure, introducing the basic structure, the function and the quality of every material. And then it classifies according to the size and pattern. Last it explains the state of tires under every different kind of external force. The primary materials of tires are rubber and cord ply. Among them rubber is an incompressible, hyperelastic material and it’s stress-strain curve is nonlinear. So the mechanics behavior is explained with hyperelastic theorem. And the cord ply is taken the material constants by laminate theory. In finite element model, using ANSYS/LS-DYNA package to build the tire model and setting the boundary condition to simulate the stress distribution and deformation of tires under inflated and loading pressure. And then we can see that there is stress concentration on bead and the contact port to the ground. Finding out error reasons by campaign simulate data and experimental data. Finally using the pervious deformation to analyzing mechanics behavior to inquire into the rolling resistance in different rolling condition.
