碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 歷史學研究所 === 88 === Abstract Through the analysis of variations of rice prices in different ages, this thesis will help you understand the change of provision policy after Taiwan restoration，and it reflects the government''s protect in rice-price policy relaxed gradually. Furthermore, according to the production and disappearance of many related phenomena that the grate variations of rice prices in Taiwan， we can know the government''s protect and control in rice-price policy relaxed gradually . For example, by means of the transformation of rice marketing, we will find out the rise and fall of food stores and their functional degeneration. However, the cancellation of "food area system" and the changes of the public and private stock reflect the government''s interfering in rice-price policy diminished gradually. Meanwhile, since the packaged rice and the rice of quality are on the market, we realize the people in Taiwan have changed their consuming habits for rice. The establishment of " food equilibrium fund" indicates the Taiwan government has altered its provision policy. In addition, from the evaluation of "food equilibrium fund", we can figure out its faults and accomplishments，and it reflect the government''s protect in rice-price policy relaxed gradually. The termination of the officers, officialdoms, and teachers'' food distribution, extra-islanders provisions and special projects for food supplies expresses Taiwan economy is flourishing and the authorities relax their control over rice prices. In the end, based on the variation of rice prices, we evaluate and conclude that various factors have influenced on Taiwan''s rice prices for fifty years. 徵引書目
