Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 機械工程學研究所 === 88 === To find the mechanical properties and discuss the reliability of the Gr/PEEK composite material, experiment work is carried out in the present study. The experiment work includes fatigue tests, residual strength tests and residual stiffness tests. With a view to finding an appropriate damage evaluation rule, the fatigue tests span from the constant-amplitude test to the two-stress level as well as the three-stress level tests. Through the analysis of the experimental results, appropriate damage accumulation rule, residual strength degradation and stiffness degradation formulas for the studied material are proposed. These rules and formulas are related to the general reliability issues of the material. Aside from this, probabilistic analyses of the experimental data is also carried out in the present study. Its result provides us a way to evaluate the quantitative reliability of the studied Gr/PEEK material.
