It analyzes the literatures about the hospital material management and the operation flow and the status of material management are realized in this case. The development of the hospital material management model is discussed, and the feasible material management model is found for the case. The ABC analysis and the fixed order period system that is used in the different classification of the material management model. The analysis of regression is used to forecast the material consumption of each department. Let the material control model is more flexible. The central store implement the A classification of the model to management material for one month. After one month, the average total inventory cost (=ordering cost + carrying cost) of the months is comprised with before implementing the mode. The paired T-test is applied in the comparison. Besides, predict residual is used to build the mean, upper and lower control limits with four months data. Then, we check and ensure predict residual of the fifth and sixth month’s data fall between the mean plus or minus 2 sigma. There were sufficient evidences to prove that after the case implementing A classification of the model of the study, the total inventory cost is decreased to 55%. In addition, we found that the most of predictive residuals of the fifth and sixth month’s data fall between the mean plus or minus 2 sigma. Thus, based on the results, the material management model of the study could improve the new hospital material management. Lee Yung Hui 李永輝 2000 學位論文 ; thesis 85 zh-TW
