The source of water supply comes from two parts which are groundwater & surface water. The water price of groundwater & surface water are 14.539 and 9 dollars; another case is about domestic water & industrial water are 9、13.58 dollars & 8.66、11.426 dollars, the groundwater price is as well as before. By using the optimization method, we can obtain the optimum amount of groundwater & surface water. The water cost can be obtained by changing the water price. As the outcome we got from above, on the issue about the increasing demand for water in the future, it is obviously that the increase of industry water demand is rapid. In view of the water supply allocate it can show the decreasing in industrial water cost. By using the optimum analysis, we can use water resources effectively and reduce the negative influence on water treatment cost and discrepancy in water price.
