We can understand that our government pay much attention to match up the trend of industry convergence from issue the Telecommunications Law, Cable-broadcasting Television Law. And that Law remove an embargo on CATV-Industry and Telecommunication-Industry’s corss-ownership. With the Fixed Telecommunications Network Carrier open up, we can say that the liberalization of Telecommunications has be improved. It’s can help us to remove the ban quickly.
The purpose of this study is to discuss the cross-ownership of the cable industry and the telecommunication industry. This paper looks phenomenon of this cross-ownership operation into phases of technique, law, market, and capital flows. It takes EThome as the object of study to discuss the issues of the cable-cross-telecommunication operations.
