In Taiwan, following the democratization and economy growing up, community environment planning has substituted the community environmental improvement and inviting the citizen to participate in the community rebuild works with citizen participation for the theory planning gradually. Now, this is an important subject that how to make dwellers into the community planning and how to integrate the professors and the dwellers. Because the current community information transmission and management of community planning phase didn’t emerge its function completely, and there are still some problems about correctness, timeliness, and fair distribution of the community resources in planning. This study researches a design process of the community planning and citizen participation. Try building a community planning participatory design support system to assist professional community planners, and expect to cooperate local activities with a professional aspect, and to support local residents to participate in community planning, and to come to common consensus in the process.
