Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 工業工程學系 === 89 === By applying a legal analytical framework to innovate fire-fighting equipment safety inspections in Taiwan, this study examined the existing operating conditions, and the working mode, human resource management, and property condition relationships. This paper applied balanced scorecard value analysis to determine the architecture for internal investment environmental evaluation. The proposed approach will decompose the enterprise blueprint into reliability, maintainability, inspection availability, and inspection worktime views. The consistency among the four enterprise blueprint views proceeds from the dynamic cobweb model method. A sensitivity analysis was employed to determine the property conditions and Internet organization under different conditions. Referring to related studies and the manager’s environmental evaluation of professional performance organizations and considering their system design, assembly, inspection, and maintenance, we constructed architecture with four perspectives for starting an enterprise based on the weighted evaluations of the analytical hierarchy process. This model can be applied to real world conditions and the results from this case study can be adopted to a fire control inspection system. The marketing operators will benefit from this fire control inspection management and planning system.
