The author visited the disaster area and observed the process and result of construction , and noticed that the metal-lath wall should have the advantages in development and markets. But there was no evident construction Specification, many performance (such as needn’t formwork、bonding strength in materials) were not improved by experiment. The author try to discuss” bonding strength of the Portland cement layer” in this study. After reading data , discussing with construction companies, and pre-experiment , we found :the affecting factors about surface morphology after grouting include the type of metal-lath、 slump、and different positions at the wall. The affecting factors about the bonding strength of the Portland cement layer include the type of metal-lath、the side of metal-lath、curing time、different positions at the wall、and the properties and thickness of the Portland cement layer. In the study, we selected 3 types of metal-lath , 4 different curing time and different positions at the wall to be independent variable, and the surface morphology and bonding strength of the Portland cement layer to be dependent variable. We found: metal ribbed-lath is prior to high ribbed formwork-lath about the surface morphology after grouting and the bonding strength of the Portland cement layer; the longer the curing time is, the lower bonding strength is; lap-splices for metal-lath will reduce the strength , maybe parallel is a better; the bonding strength isn’t as stronger as we expected perhaps. Because we make the experiment by a cutter, the reducing of the bonding strength is unavoidable. Although the test data and the reality are unequal, the test data still is useful in a contract and statistics. According to the study, we have some suggestion to improve the bonding strength of the Portland cement layer .The suggestion may be useful to those who are using the metal-lath wall. 黃斌 2001 學位論文 ; thesis 95 zh-TW
