Insurance employee’s demand for recreational sport instruction and required curricula for instructors were examined among demographic variables. The major findings were as follows: 1.90% of insurance employee sampled answered “don’t know” to the question relating to recreational sport instructors qualification. 85% showed their willingness to be instructed. 33% had been instructed by instructors. 85% of company sampled showed they were willing to hire sport professionals. 75% of company sampled would hold recreational activities for their employees via sport-related organization. Furthermore, most company were lack of recreational sport facilities. 2.Differences of demand for recreational sport: (1)There were significant differences of instructors provided by fitness club and hired by company among employees with different age. (2)There was no significant difference of instruction contents among different background variables. (3)There were no significant difference of instruction method among different departments and employees with different age. (4)There was significant difference of challenging and exciting recreational sport among employees with different working experience. What’s more, there were significant differences of family-based recreational sport, water-based recreational sport, challenging and exciting recreational sport among employees with different age. Similarly, there was significant difference of therapeutic and fitness-related recreational sport among employees with different gender 3.Differences of required curricula for instructors (1)There were significant differences of Hotel Management and Club Management among different departments. (2)There were significant differences of Club Management and Introduction to Sport Management among employees with different working experience. (3)There were significant differences of Accounting, Psychological and Social Development in Adult, Budget, Economics, Financial Management, Club Management and Marketing among employees with different age. (4)There were significant differences of Accounting and Communication Techniques among employees with different gender.
