碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 企業管理學系 === 89 === With the uprising national income and consumer’s awareness, the whole marketing channel system transformed from the traditional multi-level and complex channel to directly distribution. It is the method of delivering from suppliers to retails through Distribution center, and stimulates the “channel revolution.” The most important part in this method is distribution center. This research has three objectives: (1)Combining archives theories and the practice in the real world to establish a complete framework. (2)Taking a case to demonstrate the operability of the framework and providing thoughts to the industry. (3)Discussing how logistic elevating operative efficiency, reducing the leading time of operation and quickly responding to customers’ needs when using information technology. This research chooses qualitative method according to the logistic and physical goods flow case-choosing principle. It focuses on the modification for distribution center operation procedure to supplement the shortages. Finally, according to the results and limitations of this research, I would like to propose three points for following directions in the future. (1)In order to elevate suitability of perspective framework, the following research should focus on different distribution center with managing styles and do deep analysis and discussion. (2)Because every operational procedure in the perspective framework is professional technique in the practical operations, it is worth to do deeper research on every operational item. (3)Logistic Distributors should combine real distribution and virtual information flow to gain competive advantage when joining the WTO.
