Since the wireless network can provide a broadband data transmission at anytime and anywhere, its future potentials attract many system operators, information providers and content providers eagerly to invest in this market. For the reason, the mobile and wireless market grows quickly and its user rate increases rapidly in a short period. With this reason, to understand its application advantage, to study the future M-commerce business services and to learn the new interaction relationship between enterprise and custom are the main topics to investigate by this thesis. First of all, this thesis makes an analysis on the worldwide mobile market and discusses in detail the new generation mobile and wireless technologies. The result shows that the mobile data delivery function combined with the wireless information network application will become a powerful tool for the business, which is also the key reason why major information and telecommunication venders are willing to joint its development. This thesis also discusses the new generation mobile applying characteristics and niche advantages, which will be addressed briefly in the thesis. Finally, it analyzes the services and consuming models under the M-commerce circumstance. Discuss how the enterprises to build up the efficient communication channel with customer, which is not only for fast and complete data transportation purpose but also for the consuming information collection and analysis. This channel working together with marketing and sales strategy provides an interactive mechanism between the enterprise and its customers, which will construct a very strong business relationship in the future.
