Following the improvement and development of science and technology, the function of fiber composite materials is already generally attentive, especially the organization and variation of the entirety form of fiber composite materials structure is fixed people’s eyes most. In many compound fabric form, the demand of Hollow Cone Fabric is the most imperative. In domestic, owing to the research and development started lately, therefore there is no remarkable example in conical woven fabric technology.
Thus in this thesis, the production depends on the woven technology and opened and closed way. And its woven way was shuttle to wave. Fabric structure’s warp vertical and interweave to woof. Processing continuous weaving fabrics were individual to export and drawn out of roll way. The entirety mechanism to combine pneumatic control system and Programmable Logic Controller. Instead of using the conventional database method design, in this project, a Visual C++ is considered as the software development tool. The efficiency of this language is to offer an integral MFC class organization framework and powerful integrated environment.
