Summary:碩士 === 國立花蓮師範學院 === 國民教育研究所 === 90 === Since the “Bill of Increasing the Interior-Need to the Infrastructure of Information Education” was put into practice, computer classrooms and internet service have been seen in almost every public elementary schools in island wide. Meanwhile, the information education classes for teachers are held aggressively in each school. This phenomenon indicates that the information education in public elementary schools has stepped into a brand new era. This study concerns the development of executing information education after the Education Bureau spent a great amount of money enlarging the equipments for information education in each school; therefore, this study aims at realizing this development, the varieties between different types of schools and the differences before and after the practice of the Bill. With the help of investigation through the questionnaire, “The Survey for the Development of Information Education in Public Elementary Schools” to investigate the situation of information education practice in 200 elementary schools in Taipei County, some significant findings are found as followed: 1. As for computer classes in different grades, most schools offer regular classes for students, that is, senior grades have more computer classes than junior ones. 2. As for computer teachers, there are qualified computer teachers teaching computer classes in most schools; as for the textbooks or articles, most teachers like to adapt by themselves. 3. After executing the “Bill of Increasing the Interior-Need to the Infrastructure of Information Education,” more and more schools hold “Self-Developing Camp for Teachers,“ “Learning Activities for Students,” “Lifelong studies for Parents in Community.” More importantly, these curricula are very practical. 4. The key function of the Bill is to enhance teachers’ ability to operate a computer; when it comes to the expiration date of the warranty, the most possible impact would be “the increase in maintenance expenditure. 5. Before and after the executing the Bill, offering computer classes is considered as a better step in teaching. 6.”Charging students for users and maintenance fee” is thought of as the most effective way to maintain the computer classroom. 7. There are remarkable differences between different school types in setting up teaching guidelines, teaching staff and textbooks.
