It comprises several features such as: distributed intelligent management, ability of data processing and data analysis, hierarchy system, and capability of integration and expansion. In the future development of IEMN, it can be divided into platforms technology and application service. For platform technology, IEMN can use more efficient platform tool, such as XML, to integrate different layer’s data.
