With the outspreading of the Internet, the contents on web sites also become versatile. On academic net, inappropriate information, including lust, violence and gambling has negative influences on children as well as teenagers due to the lack of suitable management. For the present time, Internet-advanced countries all try to scale down such influences; European countries and America even make a lot of related laws to protect children and teenagers from the negative effects of the Internet. In our country, almost all high schools, elementary schools and families now get accustomed to the use of the Internet; consequently, it is urgent for us to cope with the inappropriate information transmitted on the Internet.
Generally speaking, with the versatile application of the Internet, some useful solutions should be offered to control and filter homepages and web sites containing inappropriate information. For instance, real time dynamic filters can be used to filter unsuitable homepages and web sites so as to purify the Internet information, prevent children and teenagers from the contact of inappropriate information on the Internet, upgrade the advantages of the use of the Internet and cut down the negative effects of the net. More effective filters should be used to filter unsuitable.
