| Summary: | 碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 91 === Because of the developing of the internet and information technology now a day, knowledge becomes more valuable. Knowledge has been taken as some kind of property of the firm or individual. There are lots of sites used to exchange knowledge and we expect that they could provide suggestion to solve users’ problems and store the knowledge. Also we wish to get more members by well managing. Without efficient knowledge-management model, we are not able to reach the goal of sharing the knowledge. Therefore, how to plan the knowledge resource of the web-community efficiently becomes one of the key-point of knowledge management. We provide “web community knowledge-management model, WCKM” as the solution. And then evaluate the effect by analyzing the data of activity and resource planning of the web-community site with online-analysis technology to suggest the management strategy for the manager. We not only survey those basic theorems, also we apply to the web-site of ASP programs exchanging. By using the WCKM we produce, the management of the web-site is doing well. In the future, it could be a model for community knowledge-management when developing systems similar and we wish to facilitate the productivity of the software industry.
