No concerned government didn’t initiate the importance of logistics, especially the third-party logistics is the prevalent emerging industry in China. After China’s entry of WTO, many proficient multinational corporations go into such enormous market. Confronting with the competitive market, how do every logistic company stand out? The object of study is mainly focused on the third-party logistics in China. We use canonical correlation method to determine the correlation between core competence and performance, meanwhile use Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis methods to explain the effect on the five variables of core competence dimension to the three variables of performance dimension. Through the canonical correlation method were found that, the correlation between core competence dimension and performance dimension were significant. The human resource variable of core competence dimension was the highest effect variable to the performance dimension, the organization positive culture variable was the smallest . Through the Pearson correlation analysis method were found that, the flat organization structure variable had significant positive correlation with the sales growth rate variable and market share rate variable, the organization scale variable and human resource variable and information technology variable had significant positive correlation with the three variables of the performance dimension. There were no significant correlation between organization positive culture variable and the three variables of the performance dimension. Through the regression analysis method were found that, the human resource variable of the core competence dimension had significant positive impact to the sales growth rate variable of the performance dimension. The human resource variable and organization scale variable had significant positive impact to the profit rate variable.
