It also has to been renovated and emphasized delegation; Meanwhile, think highly of the social interaction. Moreover, for the alternation of the environment nowadays, it seems that the role and decision have to be revised properly to meet the requirement of the surroundings. Therefore, the study was conducted to research the effect of the organization culture, leadership and organization commitment by multiple regressions. Direct to those indignations where above, I picked up the local Life Insurance Industry to be my study corpus, including three old companies (Cathay, Shinkong, Nanshan) and three new (Massmutual Mercuries, Hontai, Sinon). We dispatched 450 quantity questionnaires, and the 257 were helped therein. According to the analysis conclusion, we know that the constitution culture not only build the supportive, innovative and leadership behaviors but effected eminently the initiating structure and consideration, and that all really different with Alternative Commitment and Moral Commitment. As to the Calculative Commitment, it is totally difference, like most people work for going after big money. Therefore nothing can get affection to Calculative Commitment. Distinctly In the mutuality analysis, the Life Insurance Industry in each period do have difference among organizational culture, leadership behavior and organizational commitment; As the employee of insurance industry recognized different no-matter age, connubiality, education, post or seniority.
