碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 建築及都市設計研究所 === 92 === Abstract In recent years, as a result of overall economical influence, the real estate market obviously products an unbalanced phenomenon in supply and demand. The construction company’s integral management condition is to develop the actual project’s process. When the construction company chooses and evaluates the architectural projects, he must variously consider in order to choose the best project that corresponds to overall benefits from every respective project and guarantees to choose the most corresponding requirement, the least risk, and the most benefit project. In this research, we suggest an integrated approach for resolving the architectural project selection problems. The method integrates Fuzzy Delphi, Analytic Network Process and Zero-One Goal Programming. Then the objective is to choose the best architectural project, and provide planners an approach of analyzing projects and a fully decision-making reference, then choose the best project that corresponds to wholly economical benefits.
