Finally, according to study conclusions, supplying some suggestions to develop fine school organizational culture and facilitate more organization citizenship behavior. Questionnaire survey method is mainly used in this study. The sample consisted of 432 public junior high school staffs from 12 schools in Taoyuan by adopting stratified random sampling techniques. 324 data are returned, the percentage is 75﹪, and 312 data are valid, the percentage is 72﹪. The survey instrument is “school organizational culture and organization citizenship behavior scales”. The questionnaire data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test , one way analysis of variance(ANOVA), Pearson’s product-moment correlation , simple liner regression, and multiple stepwise regression. The results of this study are as follows: 1.The performance of school organizational culture is above average. 2.The performance of organization citizenship behavior is above average. 3.There are no significant differences for different school location, school age, school size in school organizational culture. 4.There are no significant differences for school location, school age, school size in organization citizenship behavior. 5.The correlation between school organizational culture and organization citizenship behavior is positive. 6.Among the six dimensions of school organizational culture, the prediction effectiveness of team spirits, upright and honesty, participative decision-making, and professional commitment are better than the others. Finally, I propose some concrete suggestions to educational administration authorities, schools, and follow up study according to conclusions of this study.
