With questionnaire investigation and random sampling method, 660 collegial full-time administrative staff in Kaohsiung region were tested, 623 retrieved (93.39%), and 593 usable (89.85%). The questionnaire was made up of four sections: the first was individual’s background information, the second was adapted “leisure-participating questionnaire”, the third was adapted “leisure-hindering inventory”, and the fourth was “working feeling questionnaire”. With SPSS/PC statistic software, the data were analyzed by methods of coefficient analysis, T-test, one-way ANOVA, product-moment correlation, and contingency correlation of X2 test. After statistic analysis, the research made following conclusions: 1.The leisure activity item which subjects participated in most were: “listening to the musical radio/CD”, “reading books, newspapers, and magazines”, and then “watching TV, video, and DVD.” The most frequent activity type was “family leisure type”, followed by “knowledge type.” Most of their satisfaction to their own leisure-participating was “Fine.” 2.Subjects’ professional burnout degree did not get high. 3.“Have no leisure time” and “have no interest” were subjects’ two biggest leisure-hindering. 4.Subjects with different background variables had significant differences in their leisure-participating. 5.Subjects with different background variables had significant differences in their leisure-hindering. 6.Subjects with different background variables had significant differences in their professional burnout. 7.The highest percentage composed of subjects who enjoyed leisure activities with family. 8.Subjects with different background variables had significant differences in their leisure partner choosing. 9.The subjects’ leisure-participating and professional burnout was significant in low negative correlation (r=.082, p<.05), leisure-hindering and professional burnout was significant in low positive correlation (r=.142, p<.01), and leisure-participating and leisure-hindering was not significant in low positive correlation (r=.060). In accordance with the conclusion, the research also proposed some suggestions toward school organization, administrative staff, and future research. Yu-Ping 余嬪 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 189 zh-TW
