Description
Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 生活應用科學研究所碩士在職專班 === 92 === The present studies aredivide into parts of I and II.:Part I The synthesis of mononuclear copper(II) complexes.Part II The reactive activities of catecholase-like. Part I The synthesis of mononuclear copper(II) complexes 1. L1 The ligands containing Schiff,s base, derived from 1,3-diaminopropane-2-ol and salicyaldehyde. 2.[CuL1] A methanolic solution of L1 was slowly added to a stirred methanolic solution of copper(II) perchlorate hexahydrate. The resulation solution was reduced in volume to complete the precipitation of micro-crystalline. 3, [CuL2] A methanolic solution of salicyaldehyde was slowly added to a stirred methanolic solution of copper(II) perchlorate hexahydrate. The resulation solution was reduced in volume to complete the precipitation of micro-crystalline. 4. [CuL3] A methanolic solution of aceylaceton was slowly added to a stirred methanolic solution of copper(II) perchlorate hexahydrate. The resulation solution was reduced in volume to complete the precipitation of micro-crystalline. 5. [CuL4] A methanolic solution of benzoylaceton was slowly added to a stirred methanolic solution of copper(II) perchlorate hexahydrate. The resulation solution was reduced in volume to complete the precipitation of micro-crystalline. Part II The reactive activities of catecholase-like. . Theoretically, the mononuclear copper(II) compexes will be found to be readily reduced to copper(I) complexes by 3,5-di-tert-butycatechol (dtbc). The reaction of copper (II) complexes in MeOH have been studies. The dtbc will be oxidized to quinone, and characterized by absorption band of UV-VIS spectra.
