The findings are:
1, Job satisfaction does have influence on turnover intention.
2, Personality traits do not have significant influence on turnover intention.
3, Job performance does have influence on turnover intention.
4, More job alternatives more on turnover intentions.
5, Personality traits do have influence on Job satisfaction.
6, There is no significant influence/ relevance between personality traits and
job performance.
