The system consists of some multi-dimensional non-contact sensing modules used to scan 2D surface or 3D space temperature field. To visualize the invisible environmental parameters is executed using multiaxial moving platform based-on infrared temperature measurement theory and image mosaic technology. The data of measurement results are huge that is processed precisely and simply. A human-machine interface is designed by integrating a serial port communication unit and a platform moved control unit. The sensing modules, driving power units and signal processing circuits are designed separately that can expand function flexibly for measuring different environmental requirement. The measured information can be visualized in well-defined way. And the complete temperature field can be reconstructed by mosaicking scanning images. To integrate the multi-dimensional sensing matrix hardware unit and the human-machine interface can form an automatic measurement system that operation is simple and effective for detecting and visualizing the processed temperature field. The sensing module has been improved the single value measurement with poor resolution problem by using traditional single sensing devices.
