They are experimentation equipment which usually used to verify the feasibility of the control theory. This paper analyzes the difference of the PID and Fuzzy control systems in control territory. Using two different air suspension balls “ a ping-pong ball and a Styrofoam ball” with different fixed position adjust the control parameter and the membership of Fuzzy to reach a best control.This paper also compares the systems with traditional motor and temperature control systems to proof the ability of the PID and Fuzzy control systems. We add feedforward control for steadying the systems and again we can verify the unstable of the systems. In short , we will discuss the feedforward control;pure PID and Fuzzy control systems; the difference of the two air suspension balls; the difference of controlling the position of air suspension balls, and other interferences.
