Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 測量及空間資訊學系碩博士班 === 93 ===  Formosat-2 launched at 21th May 2004,we can get the Formosat-2 image more conveniently,it has a very high potential for large-scale topographic mapping.The research will use Rational Function Model(RFM) and Affine Projection Model to perform the correction for the Formosat-2 image,and use check points to analyze the precision of computation。Because it must use a minute constant h to stabilize the computation of normal equation at high degree RFM,this research would investigate the effect of h value。Finally,it would also check and analyze the residual.  The test area of Formosat-2 image is Tainan,image level is Level 1A,image size is 12000pixel×16800pixel,square measure is 175.6km2.the research would use different areas and different number of ground control points with different distribution to test,and change the constant h when every test to get the best constant h.  The experimental analysis demonstrate,RFM has higher precision than Affine Projection Model. When we use peripheral distributed at least 7 GCPs to compute,the RMSEe of check point is ±1.50(pixel) and RMSEn is ±1.75(pixel).As 19 GCPs are used,the RMSE of check points tend to converge. Further,if the number of GCPs is more than 39,we can get better precision by using high degree. According to the experiment of research,the proposed h value 0.0002 and 0.00045 will be obtained at second degree RFM and third degree RFM. Eventually,it would use five kinds of statistical test to test the residual of check points,the result demonstrate system error dosen’t significant in this test,when α=5%.
