Also, students and teachers were interviewed on their opinions. The subjects were 6th grade elementary school students, and unqualified students were eliminated by pre-test. The test group contained 34 students who received six weeks of Internet-Based Computer-Aided Instruction (CAI) and post-tested. The control group also contained 34 students who received six weeks of traditional teaching and post-tested. The analytical methods included descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation, and interviews. The results were as follows: 1. The results of objective competency psychomotor, subjective competency psychomotor, recognition test, and affective development assessment after theInternet-Based Computer-Aided Instruction (CAI) showed significant difference from the results of traditional teaching. 2. The post-test on affection showed significant difference in the aspects of cognition and competency. The health and physical education should concern the cognition, psychomotor, affection domain. 3. School should set up the soccer website for students to use. 4. Use of Internet-Based Computer-AidedInstruction (CAI) offered a new and interesting experience to students, delivered animated and skilled teaching and assessment, and appeared beneficial to online learning of the students.
