Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 機械工程系 === 93 === The work develops a graphics user interface (GUI) on-line prediction module to determine the amplitude and location of the unknown harmonic force acting on the cantilever beam with embedded piezoelectric sensors. The PVDF films are applied to measure the structural response, while the shaker is used to excite and emulate the harmonic excitation. First, the structural modal parameters, including natural frequency, damping ratios and mode shapes, are determined form both finite element analysis (FEA) and experimental model analysis (EMA), respectively. The developed on-line predication module contains two parts: LabVIEW GUI program and force prediction program. With the use of a DAQ card to extract structural response, the response can be imported to the prediction program to perform optimum analysis in order to obtain the amplitude and location of the unknown harmonic force. The predicted results can be reviewed on LabVIEW GUI display windows. The developed GUI on-line prediction module integrated with embedded PVDF sensors in intelligent material structure can successfully predict the unknown harmonic force contents. The on-line prediction and window base GUI will be beneficial to practical application.
