碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 93 === This research mainly study the influence of Blog characteristic on the trust. It focus on the people who has surfed the Blog including Blogger and non-blogger. This research finds some characteristics which may influence the trust, that are exchangeability, usability, searchable property, and it also includes trust propensity via the results of literature review and focus group. The research result shows that exchangeability, usability of the blog and interviewee's trust propensity will influence the trust of blog and searchable property of the blog won’t has significant effect
