| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 管理研究所 === 93 === In recent years, the domestic relevant industry of mobile phone grows vigorously, the domestic manufacturers put into the research and development and manufacture of the mobile phone products in succession , expect it with the development of the wireless communication products, bring another peak for the electronic industry of Taiwan. But look around the foreign competitor's threat, the domestic manufacturers must want the whole joint-venture resource, absorbed core competences, strengthen the competitiveness, in order to improve the performance of managing.
The purpose of this research, is building the core competence index of constructing out the mobile phone manufacturers, set out with the Resource-Based Theory, probe into and find out the index of weighing through documents, and with the design of the Analytic Hierarchy Process, do questionnaire investigation to the relevant manufacturers of the mobile phone, seek the important core competence of the mobile phone manufacturers of Taiwan.
The study discover, “Research and develop with innovation ability” is the most important core competence, and the first 5 items of the core competence index have priority order is respectively, “The commercialized speed is with lead and put out new products ability”, “Plan ability in strategy”, “Products innovation with difference ability”, “Development and designed ability” with “Operate fund cost control ability”. Expect this result of study, offer relevant industry policy-makers' reference.
